Q: I love plants and I take good care of them and I would like to know : Do plants posses a soul ?
Every living being has a soul. But don't put conditions to your love or acceptance on whether they have soul or not. Soul is the energy that gives life to the inanimate, transforming it into animated. It is the possibility of being, of existing, which also makes possible: To feel, to communicate, to flow.

Q: What is your advice for spirituality in the workplace ?
A: Spirituality does not change because of place , situation , work , mood , climate , economy . Spirituality does not have time or place limits . Spirituality is the love and commitment towards truth and goodness . But this is only the beginning . We should not consider spirituality as a stop in the train route or whether to be or not to be spiritual at a certain place or time since the way , is all spiritual .
