A: To learn about silence , we have to discover  silence by calming the agitated mind through inner contemplation . And then you will know what it means . But mostly ,  what it represents as a real effect in you.

Q: How to be a good father or mother ?
A: This is a whole life's work , done from moment to moment . It is not a recipe . It is a work of love that grows , edifies and matures every new day . It is not only quality time but also quantity time since every relationship requires surrender , planning and real expectations . The father and the mother are not the owners of their children . They are their evolution companions , where they learn to develop love and where the knowledge of God is fundamental .
